Temporary Data Entry Position (3-6 Month Duration)
Are you detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist for a temporary 3-6 month assignment, with the potential for extension to 12 months or longer.
Role Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inputting data accurately and efficiently into spreadsheets.
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Helping us build the dataset of our custom-built CRM.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
• Ideally, touch typing skills with a WPM above 40 as a minimum.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
