Job Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our operations team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of homes covering Essex & Norfolk, you will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.
Experience / Qualification:
Practical experience of working in a regional role
Have a valid, clean driving license and own transport which can be used for business purposes, business mileage will be paid.
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adult Residential Management) Wales and Northern Ireland
Have detailed knowledge of legislation applying to the care sector
