Merlewood is seeking Food Service Assistants to make a positive difference to the lives of our residents. You will work alongside of an exceptional team to support provide an excellent service to our Home set in beautiful grounds within Virginia Water, Surrey.
Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate with a passion to deliver an excellent service to make our residents feel at home. You’ll understand the importance of maintaining high standards in and around the home, ensuring our residents enjoy a professional and person-centred dining experience.
You will enjoy communicating with others and possess a caring disposition where nothing is too much trouble. As an individual you’re always happy to help the wider team, taking every opportunity to enrich the days of our residents through the delivery of outstanding service
You’ll recognise too that delivering your work to the highest standards is a vocation, not simply a job
We offer good shift patterns that allow flexibility wherever possible and excellent training and support, where you can obtain personal development including Apprenticeship level 2 and 3 in hospitality and other professional skills required for this exciting opportunity or others that may take your interest.
