Summary
The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Steel Fabricator Welder to work in Park Royal Workshop.
Role Duties:
Excellent knowledge of steel and other products within the industry
Production of excellent fabrication from drawings of different qualities, a good understanding of reading drawings and working out angles
Understanding of Weld Procedures
Understanding of Pre, During & Post Visual Inspection of welds
Understanding of Pre, During & Post Tolerance checks of fabrication
Steel Fabricator Welder - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
All welders shall be qualified in accordance with BS EN 287, or EN 9606.
Pride in the work with an eagerness to get the job done even if it requires overtime to complete the work.
Excellent knowledge of the safe use of workshop machinery
Health & Safety awareness in a workshop environment
Overhead Crane qualified
Abrasive Wheels Qualified
Steel Fabricator Welder - Key Requirements:
Experienced in Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork
Be able to prioritise workload.
Work well under pressure.
