Are you a Class1 Driver looking for a new role? Movianto Bedford is hiring.
You'll be working 42.5 hrs a week, Monday to Friday and will be paid £37,450.

This role will pay £37,450. Overtime is paid at 1.5 where applicable, we have fixed shifts we do not have peak times and have

Purpose of the role
To carry out duties within MoviantoUK transport operations to a standard that satisfies MoviantoUK quality expectations. To
follow the procedures documented or briefed to ensure operations are completed. To adhere to statutory and company requirements
for the Health & Safety of yourself and others.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Company vehicles providing appropriate licences and authorisations are current.
2. Offloading and reloading of vehicles at customer’s premises and at depot where required.
3. Assist with warehouse personnel to ensure delivery runs are complete before loading.
4. Show flexibility as you may be required to undertake deliveries in other areas within our distribution area.
5. Carry out daily maintenance checks and ensure the cleanliness of your vehicle to present a professional image.
6. Abide by statutory and legal requirements with relation to drivers’ hours and tachograph regulations.
7. Present tachographs, and or Digi-card for analysis as requested by Depot Management or statutory inspectors.
8. Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Wear at all times such safety and company uniforms as provided.
10. Be prepared to vary start times and shift patterns as required by the needs of the business.
11. Carry out all reasonable requests by Supervisors/Depot Management including driving a class 2 or van on occasion when
necessary to support business operations.
Experience/Skills Required
• Previous multi-drop delivery operations practical experience.
• Articulate, Numerate and able to communicate effectively.
• Possession of appropriate and current licences with no more than 6 penalty points
• Flexible in approach to work hours.
• Good state of health and the physical ability to complete operational tasks.
• Smart and personally well presented.
• Must hold a Class 1 (CE) licence and a full UK drivers licence
