As an Inbound Sales Executive working at our Bolton Customer Service/Sales Centre, in your hands, you'll grasp every opportunity to enhance our reputation as the number one home appliance brand in the world.

Our Inbound Sales Executives are responsible for managing inbound and outbound service calls to our existing customers as well as the wider UK white goods market. By providing an amazing sales through service approach, you will sell our leading range of added value service products.

As an Inbound Sales Executive you will not only earn a great base salary, your sales performance will directly impact your earning potential.

You'll achieve fantastic on target earnings through taking a sales through service approach and selling our service products in a compliant manner; ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything you do.

Our Inbound Sales Executives take full ownership of customer issues, navigating our new Salesforce system to view customer account details and process information quickly and accurately.

This will enable you to ensure that you sell the best service product to suit the customer needs.

If you have a background in sales, telesales, retail sales or can demonstrate working towards and achieving set targets within a fast-paced, sales through service contact centre environment then we would like to hear from you.
