Summary
SALARIED GP 4-6 SESSIONS PER WEEK (Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday & Friday) We are a long established, forward thinking and innovative Practice in the Cambridgeshire Fens seeking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated doctors. We have a pragmatic approach to our work and are consistently striving to improve patient care whilst ensuring we provide a supportive and sustainable environment for all our staff. 3 Partners, 6 Salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 6 PNs and 4 HCAs Practice list 12,000 patients GMS SystmOne High QOF achievement Good CQC rating 2022 Training practice with GP registrars Part dispensing Nurse led chronic disease clinics Weekly educational meetings Monthly Practice Learning Time meetings Monthly GSF Meetings with community teams 7 weeks leave, one week study leave (pro rata) Low numbers of home visits Built in morning coffee break 15 minute appointments Half day duty sessions Clinical administration buddy support system Laptop provided to facilitate remote working Care co-ordinating/navigating Reception Team Administrative GP Assistants carrying out document workflow processing Remote pharmacist On site social prescribers, care co-ordinator and first contact physiotherapist A team that is open to change to ensure safe sustainable working practice for staff and patients We are a Practice that is proactive, open to change, inclusive of input from staff in all departments and will strive to ensure we maintain a happy and healthy team.
