Total Working Hours: 17 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Week 1, 2 and 4: Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 6pm. Week 3: Wednesday, Thursday 9am to 6pm Saturday 9am to 1pm.

What your working day will look like:

  • Participating in all branch processes
  • Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  • Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
  • Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
