An award-winning Tier One Main Contractor has tasked me with finding someone to join the M&E team to deliver a £30M+ M&E package on a new build data centre project in Cambridgeshire. They are looking for a candidate that has 5+ years experience as a M&E Site Manager delivering projects within the critical systems environments.
Main Responsibilities and duties:
- Advise on any engineering queries, offering solutions on site
- Management of on-site sub-contractors and direct labour
- Monitoring work against programme
- Attending and chairing meetings to review the projects
- Ensure risk assessments and method statements are correct and up to date
- Managing client training and defect clearances process
- Advise teams when applicable
- to ensure a safe working environment
