Summary

Job Description

This is a new unique role working with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to lead on coordinating and developing holistic early intervention and prevention work with families across Peterhead and Fraserburgh. You will support family outreach workers and promote joint working with the opportunity to develop and lead on new and existing initiatives.

Your work will be complex and diverse with the need for quick thinking, reflection and the ability to work (and lead) collaboratively to explore and support appropriate solutions. Where barriers are identified you will work with families and professionals to overcome these as quickly as possible.

It is your responsibility to lead on the development of the service, listening to children, young people and families to deliver the right support at the right time in the right place.

This role may include some evenings or weekend work and will be based in Peterhead/ Fraserburgh Area.
