Summary
NIGHT VAN DRIVERS AND DAY TIME VAN DRIVERS REQUIRED
The Best Connection are recruiting for Van Drivers to work for our major freight forwarding clients based at Polar Park working in and around Heathrow Airport!
Pay Rates:
AM Shift £12.50 p/hr, 11.5 Hours Paid Per Shift
PM Shift £13.50 p/hr, 11.5 Hours Paid Per Shift
- Shift Allocation:
Shifts Available on AMs and PMs on a 4 on 4 off Basis
AM Shift - 0400-0600am Start
PM Shift - 1500-1800 Start
Driver Responsibilities;
Working in and around the airport delivering freight.
Liaise with the Transport Manger on a day-to-day basis with jobs for the day.
Assist with movement of freight around Heathrow airport.
Warehouse work can also be included.
Assist & support the wider team as & when required.
Carry out daily vehicle checks
Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
To assist with the wider Logistics with service delivery to customers in line with capabilities as and when required.
Driver Requirements:
Cat B Licence
Full 5 Year Employment History
DBS - We will apply for this for you.
Level D Training - we will put you forward for this.
Previous Experience driving Vans and dealing with freight.
