They manufacture high quality precision engineered components to very tight tolerances, with excellent lead times and customer service.
Our client is approved to high ISO9001, AS9100D & ISO9001:2015 quality standards, for all your CNC machining needs. Their team of highly qualified engineers, have much experience in working with the following material grades: Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Duplex, Titanium, Steel Alloys & Engineering Plastics.
Job Duties:
⦁ Working on Doosan Lathes
⦁ To be able to load programs, set tools, setup first offs and operate.
⦁ To be able to use measuring equipment to monitor quality throughout and make necessary offsets when required.
⦁ To be able to work with programmers when working on new jobs.
⦁ Team coordinated individual imperative and must be eager to contribute to process improvement.
⦁ Understanding of basic program structure i.e. G and M codes to facilitate on machine edits as and when considered.
⦁ Small to medium batch runs, some one-offs. Rails, Aerospace, Nuclear, Defence
Benefits:

⦁ Sick pay (discretional) (5 days max per year)
⦁ Overtime - Overtime is paid for the first 2 hours and 1.333 and thereafter at 1.5
