Summary
Overall Purpose of the Role
To work as a team, to set and maintain the highest quality of hygiene & cleaning standards.
You will be working on Saturdays and Sundays, on a permanent part-time basis, from 15:30 to 19:30, 8 hours per week.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest possible standard at all times.
- Adhere to company policies at all times.
- Follow the agreed service schedule for the assigned area.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are of the highest standard at all times in line with company policy.
- Attend on-going training as and when required
- Perform duties as assigned by the site supervisor or contract manager
Details of the Role
- To liaise daily with your supervisor reporting to them any information relevant to the provision of the service
- To complete all allocated domestic tasks shown on the work schedule for a specific area
- To maintain all equipment used in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
Professional Qualifications and Experience :
- NVQ level 2 in Healthcare and BICS cleaning certificate .Not essential as training will be given.
- Cleaning experience desired but not essential as training will be given.
- Personal Characteristics/Attributes for the health & safety aspects of the role
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- Willingness to bring concerns to corporate attention via prescribed channels
