Summary
You will report to, and work very closely with, the ADHD Prescribing Lead, and will have as direct reports a group of ADHD prescribers. As Team Lead, you will be central to ensuring your team are motivated and that they deliver high-quality, efficient care and treatment that Is person-centred and gold-standard. The right candidate will have extensive clinical experience prescribing ADHD medications and experience of leadership. You will have experience of prescribing for adults. You will be flexible and proactive. Whilst a team player with excellent communication skills, you will also need to be assertive. You will be inspiring and organised, and will view the role not as a job, but rather as a vocation. You must hold an Independent Prescribing Qualification (V300).
