Summary
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES To undertake occupational therapy assessments for a designated caseload using a variety of different techniques including standardised and non-standardised assessments to make an accurate assessment of client need. To gather relevant information from a variety of sources, and analyse and interpret all information gained to make an independent decision. To assess, select and recommend equipment/minor adaptations which may assist clients in achieving the maximum level of independence and quality of life in daily living activities. This will include ensuring the safe use of the equipment, and may include fitting/installing of equipment in clients homes
