All Applicants must have the following:
- Previous experience as a building maintenance supervisor
- Time served experience of planned and reactive maintenance and repair
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- A Full UK Driving licence
- Southampton
Main Duties:
- Leading a team of four Hard Services FM maintenance staff
- Carrying out hands on maintenance and repair work
- Ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times

£55,000 per annum - Days - Monday to Friday - 08.00-16.00 Monday to Friday - Permanent Role
