Summary

We have an exciting new opportunity at Connah's Quay High School for an outstanding and successful Lead Practitioner of Science to take a leading role in the development and aspirations of our wider educational outlook. You will play a leading and highly visible role in the improvement of teaching and learning of the academic success of all learners, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and achievement and leading in the monitoring, evaluation and review of standards and provision in the subject area.We are looking to hire a practitioner who strives for excellence in all that they do, you will lead, develop and implement an effective coaching and mentoring model to support colleagues in delivering excellent lessons.Job overview
