Summary


We are looking to recruit a Fast Responder with a friendly and positive “can do” attitude, to join our team of Maintenance Assistants.

You will be performing work of a routine nature which involves varied tasks including, but not limited to, replacing lamps, tubes and electrical ballasts, repairs of a minor nature to hospital phone systems, cleaning of ventilation grills, assisting with water flushing tasks, changing of shower heads and hoses and Air Handling Unit filter changes.

You will have responsibility for minor repairs and routine planned maintenance activities on Mechanical, Electrical and Building fabrics as directed by management. You will also take instructions from the radio controller to attend and repair minor reactive jobs of a mechanical, electrical and building nature.

A willingness to support out of hours and emergencies when required.

Performs work of a routine nature.

Taking all safety measures to prevent danger, avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment.
