Summary
The Programme Risk Manager is responsible to the Clyde Programme Manager for the development and management of the HMNB Clyde Risk Management Process. They will act as the SME for Risk Management across the wider Clyde community to encourage the One Clyde ethos in accordance with the HMNB Clyde Governance Process
Be the lead and principal point of contact for risk management within NBC Clyde (NBCC).
Own, develop and improve the NBCC Risk management governance and related process held on BMS; promote, raise awareness and ensure a common understanding and application throughout NBC Clyde.
Facilitate Risk Management at Clyde Portfolio level:
Hold regular Risk Reviews with Directors and link into wider NBCC Governance
Coordinate with all directorates and other HMNBC stakeholders to support a One Clyde risk perspective
Engage with Navy Command and other organisations to ensure a cohesive approach to Risk Management.
Contribute to Business Planning and Strategy planning activities.
Develop team members and enhance quality of outputs through the sharing of knowledge, experience and information.
I addition, the post holder will undertake other tasks identified by the Line Manager or directly from Asst Hd S&G.
