You will communicate effectively at all levels, provide high quality care that is responsive to patient need, supervise more junior staff, lead on specific short-term projects identified by the Clinical Lead and participate in the established work-based learning programme. You will work at various locations, as well as cross boundaries, to treat HMR registered patients both as a lone worker and as part of the team.
