We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Co-ordinator/Controller to join our North West Division of Story England, based in our Carlisle office - and there has never been a better time to join!
The Role
As part of the wider Northwest Engineering Team within Story Contracting, as a Document Controller you will provide critical support to the full lifecycle of our projects by organising document management including design deliverables, meetings, communications, and the compilation of other information to assist Engineers, Project Managers and Construction teams with the delivery of their roles.
key responsibilities;
Supporting Engineering and Design colleagues.
Client portal and Story Electronic Data System (EDMS).
Tracking and Audit of project Files.
Production of Management Information.
Arranging and assisting in meetings.
Assisting with site information document control
Data compilation.
