Summary

• Crawley (To be discussed with successful candidate) will be expected to travel across the whole Trust geographical footprint

The ETD Delivery Manager is a senior role responsible for managing the day to day delivering of the ETD programme training courses within SECAmb, ensuring the successful delivery of programme ( such as, employee development, learning, experience, and emphasise on SECAmb’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous self-improvement.) through the provision of expert project management guidance, support and assurance to Executive decision makers and senior stakeholders.



The post-holder will have responsibility for this complex programme and will be expected to lead the day-to-day management of this 24-month workstream.

The Delivery Manager will initially work to implement Phase 1 of the Programme, which includes all the legal, contractual and Trust training for all staff and clinical staff staring in April 2024.

This will then grow to include the development and launching of a comprehensive training cycle for the entire Trust to includeManagement, Command and Corporatetraining by April 2025.

This stage will also include thereview of the current learning systemsto improve compliance and tracking, ensuring consistency of approach in how this programme is delivered within these all departments across the Organisation.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering the following objectives:-
• Ensure staff buy-in: Launch a Training Plan that aligns with the diverse needs and expectations of the Trust by engaging and involving employees in all stages of the project, from brainstorming to decision-making.
• Provide assurance:Deliver a comprehensive training programme which will provide assurance that employees possess all the necessary skills for delivering high-quality patient care in line with the national statutory and mandatory standards.
• Link to corporate strategy: Identify areas of synergy and potential misalignment with the corporate strategy to ensure that the training programme directly contributes to the delivery of the Trust’s corporate objectives.
