Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing, planning, and implementing patient rehabilitation care.
• Deliver Physiotherapy services in coordination with the Head of Therapies.
• Provide professional leadership following clinical governance principles and professional conduct standards.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Neuro care team, managing complex neurological conditions.
• Develop and evaluate individual treatment plans, liaising with relevant agencies.
• Apply clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to ensure quality care delivery.
• Prioritise tasks effectively based on clinical judgment to maintain service standards.
• Utilise assessment tools for effective treatment and participate in clinical audit activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based Physiotherapy practices
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and inspection processes
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development
