Role Overview

Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a skilled musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our client's team, stationed at our sites in Gaydon and Whitley. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional occupational health services. Job Description

• Conducting accurate clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and disorders.
• Categorising clinical MSK disorders based on work-relatedness.
• Delivering reports to Management post-assessment and at discharge, indicating fitness for work and any necessary role adjustments.
• Leading onsite exercise classes to aid in the rehabilitation of employees with MSK injuries.
• Collaborating effectively with the wider occupational health team.
• Performing DSE assessments and offering prophylactic advice.
• Recommending changes or equipment following DSE assessments.
• Identifying workplace hazards and assessing their risk in causing or exacerbating MSK ill health.
• Conducting ergonomic risk assessments with Safety Health & Environment advisors onsite.
• Providing information to the OH team regarding necessary work practice or environment changes.
• Facilitating effective rehabilitation for staff with MSK disorders.
• Maintaining comprehensive assessment and treatment records.
• Collecting statistical information for report generation and contributing to/run health promotion events.

Requirements

• Completion of comprehensive assessments
• Proficiency in conducting ergonomic assessments
• Experience in face-to-face assessments
• Competence in conducting workstation and workplace assessments
• Capability in DSE Assessments
• Strong report writing skills
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions/injuries and their treatment
• IT proficiency
• Understanding of General Data Protection Regulation Law
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration
