Summary
Provide safe and effective care Assist patients with activities of daily living, support therapy team with the ongoing rehabilitation of the patient Assist patients with diet, nutrition and hydration and complete appropriate documentation Assist with all aspects of personal care including washing, dressing, mobilising, toileting Mobilise patients using correct mobility equipment following training Liaise with nursing staff for information regarding clinical observations, dressings, blood samples, microbiology tests, weights etc Comply with policies and procedures for the ward at all times For full details of the duties and criteria for the role please refer to the job description and person specification attached.
