Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to execute a creative and diverse menu.

- Prepare and manage your own section in the kitchen, ensuring food is cooked to high standards and promptly delivered to customers.

- Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene in your section and throughout the kitchen.

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

- Assist with menu development, recipe creation, and exploring innovative techniques and ingredients.

- Monitor stock levels, plan and execute inventory, and responsibly handle food ordering to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, demonstrating creativity and proficiency in producing high-quality and visually appealing dishes.

- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

- A passion for food, creativity, and a desire to continuously learn and stay updated with current culinary trends.

Qualifications:

- A diploma or degree in culinary arts is preferred but not essential. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

- A valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
