Who are we looking for?
We are actively seeking applications from candidates with expertise in ILS / IPS / Supportability Engineering, including Managers, Leads, Engineers, Consultants, or similar roles.

Our ideal candidate will have a specialised knowledge in ILS, along with a background in the defence industry or engineering / ex-military experience. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills, a track record of successful project delivery, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.

ILS / IPS Engineering / Management
Logistic Support Analysis
Availability Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M)
Supply Support
Knowledge of MoD ILS processes and standards (Def-Stan 00-600) and the IPS S-Series suite
Experience gained within the Defence Industry; UK MoD background would be desirable
Engineering management
Current right to live and work in the UK
Current SC clearance or willing and eligible to undergo a Security Clearance check*
Happy to travel

The Role
The primary focus of our Support Engineering team is delivering results by designing effective support solutions and offering valuable consultancy services to our clients' projects.

Your daily responsibilities will vary, encompassing both "front of house" consulting, where you will engage directly with customers to plan and implement IPS / ILS strategies, and "backroom" support, involving meticulous analysis and modelling of system support solutions.

You will work from home and travel to client sites when needed, typically within the Southwest area.
