Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Whittington Heath Golf Club
The ideal candidate will have a warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality, great customer service skills and the desire to go 'above and beyond' for our club members and guests.
The role will assist in the day-to-day operation of our busy Golf Club, ensuring we consistently exceed member and guest expectations.
We operate 7 days a week and are looking for an individual that can commit to bringing their personality and professionalism to our team. We can offer flexible working hours, from part and full time, to casual contracts, due to the nature and seasonal demands our the business.
Our ideal applicants will possess:
• Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to engage with customers
• The ability to commit from two to five days per week
• Prior waiting and/or bar experience in a high-end restaurant or club environment
• Excellent standards of written and spoken English
• Reliability and a genuine passion for customer service
• High levels of initiative, to excel individually and as part of the wider team
• Own transport, due to our location
