Are you an established Room Manager or a successful practitioner looking to step up? We are currently looking for a Room Manager to join the team at our fantastic Nursery. Children are at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for individuals to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. From a princess one day to astronaut the next, no two days are ever the same!

More about our Nursery;

• 50 place nursery situated within the beautiful Childrens Trust grounds
• Fantastic space which has been open for over 25 years and is well regarded in the area
• Small team of 18 with many of our employees being long standing
• Free parking available and only a 10-minute walk from the train station



What you can expect;

Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.

Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Collaboration -Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.

Teaching Excellence - Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
