TeacherActive are proud to be working with a Secondary School based in East Devon. We are actively recruiting for a Music Teacher to support the school with good quality, consistent staff who’re passionate about education and have a good level of experience with Music as a specialism.
They are looking for a Music Teacher who has an in depth knowledge of the curriculum and excellent classroom management. They’re looking to hire for a full-time position and a permanent role starting in September. The successful Music Teacher will be working across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. This is an opportunity to plan exciting and engaging practical and theoretical lessons, and to provide the students with a fun and informative classroom environment whilst helping them to meet their goals whilst supporting them with their creativity.
The successful Physics Teacher will have:
• QTS with 6 months + experience
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
• Be flexible to work throughout the school with different age ranges daily
• Have passion and resilience
