Summary

Legal Administration Team Leader - Estate Planning
£26,000-£33,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6B)
Sheffield, S9 3QS - office based - free on-site parking.
Full time, 37.5 hours. Monday-Friday

Due to continued growth of the department, we're looking for a team leader to join our estate planning administration team at Co-op Legal Services.

In this role, you'll manage a team of administrators to deliver high standards of service and support to our legal teams and customers. We'll look to you to analyse performance data and continuously improve our services. If you have the skills we're looking for, we can offer you the opportunity to grow and develop in an ethical legal business.

What you'll do

* take responsibility for the delivery of operational work, leading and empowering your team to deliver an excellent service and meet set SLAs
* prioritise your own and team's workload
* provide training to develop the team and support on recruitment
* stay informed of changes with Group Co-op and Co-op Legal Services, communicating these effectively with your team through regular team huddles
* prepare weekly and monthly management reports on team performance, using these to identify opportunities for improvement

This role would suit people who have

* experience as a legal administrator or previous team leader experience in a professional services industry
* the ability to inclusively lead, support, develop and engage a diverse team
* good Excel skills with the ability to analyse processes and data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
* ability to manage and plan your own and the team's workload to deliver on service levels in a fast-paced environment
* highly organised with strong attention to detail and experience in handling large volumes of paperwork and inbound calls
* excellent relationship building and customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
