Summary
Assist Care Group are looking for a Field Care Supervisor - to lead our team of Social Care workers in the community, working within an alternating shift pattern.

Set rotas and on call duties - you're the Responsible Person on your shift day
Paper free - totally. No photocopying, no duplication, no running back-and forth, no errors. Fully electronic systems meaning you provide step-by-step guides to your team to ensure they carry out what you've agreed with the customer.
A caring and knowledgeable team of Coordinators, Administrators, Trainers, Compliance Officers and Managers who will support you every step of the way.
Paid travel expenses - 45p per mile.
We need experienced and confident people to carry out this role. Experience in assessing risks is preferable although we do offer extensive training in this area as well as all other mandatory training.
You should already have experience with Care Plan writing, completing legal documents, liaising with customers, families and Social Workers on your own, completing good case notes, articulating well what is required both verbally and of course in writing, so an excellent level of documentation is essential.
Your IT skills need to be good but only in the sense of good written English - our IT systems are pretty easy to use.
As a link between our carers and our customers, you are a fundamental part of the service, ensuring the provision of a high class level of professional care.
