Summary

Skanska Building Services provides complete Facilities Management of schools, colleges, and universities throughout the UK,

providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.


We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join the team on-site in Brislington, BS4 5EY on our Bristol Schools contract.

The role will be responsible for coordination and management of all reactive maintenance tasks, including both in house and supply chain works. This includes organisation and prioritisation of all reactive works, managing the Helpdesk inboxes, working with the subcontractors, dealing with client queries, ensuring work orders are completed and updated in line with the business requirements.



What you'll do:
Be responsible for the co-ordination of all contract reactive works within remit, commercial and other service delivery teams.
Accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules, resolving client, operational and commercial queries relating to planned maintenance.
Monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels and to keep customers informed of status and progress of resolution.
Request and issue purchase orders for materials and subcontract orders.
Update and respond to requests for audit related information.
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system, the facilities management services provided to customers, and all relevant process and procedures to keep all reactive work order information together and updated.
Administration of immediate business critical remedial work order submissions and ownership through to completion.
