Overview of Role:
Supporting the Bars manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our beverage operation, maintaining excellence in quality and member relations.
While experience in bar work and service is preferred, we prioritise attitude and personality as the most important qualifications for this role. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to work well with others will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.
To uphold the set quality standard beverage, and customer service.
Maintaining an elevated level of cleanliness and hygiene within the premises.
Delivery of day-to-day business, private functions, and events.
Personable nature.
Previous experience working in a Bar or Restaurant.
Good work ethic and a flexible approach to work.
Willing to work weekends and some evenings.
