Summary

Are you ready to lead and inspire change within the heart of Wisbech? This Team Leader position in our homeless-related service will enable you to lead a team of Community Support Workers helping individuals during periods of crisis. Situated in the market town of Wisbech, you'll find yourself immersed in a community where every action your team take truly makes a difference for your customers.

As the Team Leader, your mission is clear: to enhance the lives of those we support. You'll spearhead our support services, ensuring a consistently high standard of professional help is provided to help our customers to improve their lives during periods of homelessness or crisis delivering a tailored, and customer focused approach.

In this role you will have varied duties which include.

Inspiring and motivating your team to provide a heartfelt service to our customers.
Ensuring each customer receives support reflective of their needs.
Promptly addressing safeguarding concerns, complaints, and incidents in accordance with policy.
Minimising void properties by working with partner agencies to swiftly re-let vacant accommodations.
Maintaining accurate property/tenancy records
Collaborating with residents and agencies to ensure tailored support arrangements.
This role represents a good natural progression for individuals already holding experience within supported living at a Team Leader level seeking new challenges, or those wishing to progress towards. We will also consider applicants with transferable skills of helping customers with complex needs.
