Summary

Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organisation which provides care and support to people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, mental health needs, and older people.
We are recruiting warm, person centred, and highly motivated individuals to work with people with learning disabilities in the St Helens area.

Your role will include:
• Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support to service users
• Maximising service user outcomes by working towards greater independence and social inclusion
• Involving service users in decisions about the care and support they receive and their lives
• Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent service that best meets the needs and preferences of service users
It is expected that you will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.

As a Creative Support Bank Staff member you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions. You will be paid weekly.
