Summary

Are you interested in working for a top-ranked Management School? We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals to support the administration of a selection of our portfolio of programmes at undergraduate or postgraduate level. The post holder will provide support to the relevant Programme Directors in a range of processes relating to the registration and assessment of students. In addition, the post holder will support programme events, such as intro week sessions, and will be the main point of contact for students, circulating programme level communications and dealing with individual student queries.

You will be educated to A Level standard with GCSE Maths and English and have some previous relevant administrative or clerical experience.The post holder will also have excellent IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, customer service skills, with experience of responding efficiently and effectively to enquiries, and excellent organisation and time management skills. You will also have experience of working effectively as part of a team and independently.

You will work as part of the wider Student and Programme Support team, which provides support to all our students and programmes in ensuring the delivery of an outstanding student experience. The team works alongside our wider professional services team of 79 staff, supporting activities such as data and accreditation, marketing and student recruitment, finance and operations, employability, external relations and student support. There are opportunities to explore other areas of the professional services, and to progress within the School and University.

This role is full-time and we are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University, including hybrid working. The post is fixed-term to 31st August 2025 to cover a staff secondment.
