Summary
Proman is looking for a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant in Central London.
Our client, a construction company specialised in fit-out of luxury projects needs a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant with experience drafting drawings for construction - RIBA Stages 4/5, to start in one of their projects in Central London.
Requirements:
• Experience working with contractors/architects/ interior designers
• Experience in delivering drawings for RIBA Stages 4 or 5 for construction
• Knowledgeable about Approved Documents / design guidance for compliance
• Knowledgeable about drafting requirements for construction (use of gridlines, setting out, annotation)
• Capacity to analyse the drawing/sketch that is being drafted and flag or resolve issues independently.
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
- Site office based position
