Summary
We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage our company’s financial processes, 4 days a week, 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
These will include.
. processing sales invoices and receipts
. supplier invoices and payments
. job costing
. stock control
. payroll processing
. monthly management accounts
. reconciliation of financial statements.
Requirements
. To be successful in this role you should have previous experience as an Accounts Administrator with a solid understanding of financial processes, along with a good knowledge of bookkeeping.
. Experience of Opera 3 Accounting Software preferable but not essential as training will be given. Also, a good understanding of Excel using formulas and creating spreadsheets required.
. Good organizational and time-management abilities.
