Are you a HLTA looking for some supply teaching work?
Are you passionate, committed and enthusiastic about working with children?
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) your role will include delivering lesson plans, PPA, maintaining positive relationships with students, working 1:1 with students or delivering lessons with small groups of students.
Responsibilities and requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent numeracy/literacy skills.
Excellent behaviour management skills.
The ability to be flexible, show initiative, be reliable and enthusiastic.
Recent and relevant experience of working with children
High expectations of children’s achievement
Essential requirements:
A relevant teaching assistant qualification that qualifies you to work as a HLTA
2 x references (including your last employer)
A current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
