Summary

Great opportunity to work as a Control Room Operator for a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.

Staffline is recruiting for a Control Room Operator in Swindon.

The rate of pay is £12.20 per hour.

This is a full-time role, working 42 hours per week on a 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern.

Your Time at Work
This is a varied role and demanding role where you will need to be ready to respond to emergencies on site. As a Control Room Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring of CCTV cameras.
- To operate internal and external patrols.
- To provide car park patrols and apply restrictions as required.
- Respond to emergencies immediately and request for assistance where required.
- Reporting instances on and around the site.
- Operate search policy as per instructed by the customer.
- Carry out initial investigations and report writing on incidents, accidents, damage, suspicious activities and parking.
- Perform as instructed locking and unlocking duties.
- To ensure that the security teams are briefed on events or changes in procedures that have been implemented or are due to be introduced.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA licence, however, it's not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence training.

*A valid SIA License is required for this role*
