Position: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
Location: Blackburn with Darwen Primary School
Working Hours: 8:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Initially temporary, potential for permanent for the ideal candidate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-on-one support to a child with special educational needs
- Assist with classroom activities and ensure a nurturing learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and professionals to implement individualised education plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach towards supporting students
