Summary
Developing technical skills and working as part of a team in Telford to fault find and resolve technical issues that end users maybe experiencing. Supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS and O365 whilst developing knowledge to support non-standard applications.
Full training will be provided and once completed and you have developed within the role, you may be asked to travel to another site to assist with supporting activities. Expenses will be provided.
