This is an exciting new role within the busy Housing Solutions Team.




As a Housing Solutions assistant, you will be working with the Housing Solutions Officers to provide a customer orientated service
for those individuals who may be homeless or threatened with homelessness.




You will support the Housing Solutions Officers to engage with customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness and help
to ensure the authorities compliance with the Homelessness Reduction Act.




This is varied role and beyond homelessness you will be dealing with Hampshire Home choice enquiries, liaising with our new Case
Management team to ensure customers receive a great service.




We are seeking a motivated and innovative person, with good attention to detail, who can work proactively with customers and
support our Housing Solutions Officers to prevent homelessness.




The right candidate will enjoy team work and have excellent oral and written communication skills.




We are looking for someone who is flexible and resilient, a supportive team player who is able to remain calm and to work
effectively under pressure.




You may have existing housing knowledge or have experience in other public sector services.




You will be valued, supported, and provided with an environment where you can foster ideas to develop the service and put the
customer at the heart of what you do.
