Summary
Role: Trainee Butcher
Daily Rate: £69.92 to £93.68 per day
Contract: Permanent
Location: Pontefract, WF8 3DD
Shift Available: Monday to Friday 06:00am to 14:30pm

A committed team of over 800 staff oversee the whole process: from procuring the best possible livestock from our carefully picked group of farms, through butchery, retail packaging, and despatch before it finally arrives on the supermarket shelf or as part of the restaurant dining experience.

This role would be ideally suited to an individual who has a keen interest to develop a new skill in a fast-paced environment
Role:
Learn the safe and correct knife use
Learn advanced knife skills
Learn how to prepare and trim, cuts of meat
Learn how to achieve daily targets
Learn how to minimise waste
