What you'll be doing



- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Wash, peel, and chop ingredients as directed
- Receive and store food deliveries
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked
- Assist with organizing and storing leftover food
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Occasionally you may be required to work at our partner site in Regents Street, Harrow.





Experience



- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Clean and tidy at all times
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- DBS required
