Summary


To work as a member of the Integrated Nursing Team as a Community Ward Staff Nurse.

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

To ensure the provision of effective, efficient, appropriate, high quality patient care.

To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.



An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join the Trefynwy Ward Nursing Team as part of the Monmouthshire Integrated Nurse Team.

Applications are invited from nurses who are interested in developing their career within the Primary and Community Services Division. Great opportunities are available to the suitable candidates who demonstrate a real passion for wanting to provide expert nursing care to patients.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given to develop appropriate skills. The ideal candidate must be a confident practitioner who is passionate about improving patient care. The ward promotes patient autonomy and focuses on streamlining the patients journey home.

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekends.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
