Summary

About The Role
You will report to the contract manager and be the lead engineer for a small team of 2 engineers This role is very client facing and you will be working in a blue-chip corporate environment so experience of working in this type of environment is essential. We need someone that can work autonomously with minimal management supervision you will be the first point of contact for the client for all maintenance requests and be the face of OCS.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, on a permanent full-time basis, 40 hours per week. Main Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Ensure you arrive for work on time in a clean and presentable manner, wearing the correct uniform, footwear and ID badge
  • Follow the correct methods and procedures
  • Attend all training sessions when requested
  • To adhere to the confidentiality policy at all times
  • Work on areas covering when other staff are not available
  • Responsive to client requests
  • Conduct Deputy Supervisor role in the absence of the Supervisor.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • COSHH
  • Following company guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure that OCS safety image is reflected positively
  • Take responsibility for ensuring equipment is maintained and fit for purpose
Professional Qualifications and Experience :
  • Functional skills in English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 3 minimum in a craft trade
  • Previous experience of working in the commercial office environment
  • Experience of working with a CAFM system to manage work loads is desirable
