Summary

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday. There may be occasional evening work. These vacancies will work in our Young People and Families team. Our BCP service is an outreach service that supports young people and families with issues related to substance misuse. The service works with young people aged 11-17 and those 18-24, with vulnerabilities where they may be better suited for receiving support from our young people's service. We provide 1:1 sessions and targeted group work to support young people to make informed choices, enabling them to realise their true potential, encouraging a culture of change, hope and optimism. This role provides families with parenting support and also run a carers support service for anyone who has a loved one affected by substance misuse.
