What you'll get to work on


As a Fleet & Logistics Analyst you'll assist commercial and cost management activities across our internal operations and / or collaborative operations with Contractors (such as the Contract Management Organisation (CMO)) to ensure costs are managed, controlled, and reported appropriately. You'll provide contract analysis and reporting to enable the effective management of costs, whilst assisting the provision of cost and commercial control across Cadent operations. You will carry out cost reporting to deliver comprehensive information on internal and / or Contractor performance and value.

You will also...

- Undertake trend management and benchmark performance to enable the effective management of costs.
- Contribute to audits and investigations of internal activities and / or Construction Management
- Provide key data analysis on whole life cycling costing with a view to support business strategies and economic decisions
- Review payments and claims in line with the contract terms
- Support with monthly / annual governance and reporting processes.
- Assist in the end-to-end vehicle supply journey ensuring all vehicles are processed and managed efficiently and to set KPIs / quality standards, whilst underpinned by great customer service from our supply chain.
- Generate weekly and monthly management information & operational reports by network that can be used for review of performance and KPI monitoring
- Actively identify opportunities for improvement and manage the implementation of solutions for efficiency, performance, or customer experience improvements across the wider team.






Who are we looking for



- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Knowledge of unit cost / commercial principles and methodologies & of financial management and auditing processes.
- Understanding of key commercial, regulatory, and economic drivers.
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
- A track record of delivering high quality outputs on time against demanding timescales.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong vehicle knowledge across car, LCV & HGV.
- Takes ownership and accountability for achieving the goals on time and within budget and empowers others to do the same.
